So if I'm a reluctant exerciser, and I don't have a ton of free time, squats seems an obvious concentration. And as there is also a 30-Day Squat Challenge app, I figured that was a pretty tangible goal. Since I DO love challenges. Today is March 16, 2015, and today I began the 30-Day Squats Challenge using the free version of the aforementioned iPhone App. Today's challenge was 30 squats, which I completed consecutively. Tomorrow's challenge (I peeked) is 50 squats! I think I may have to do them in sets!
The interface was pretty easy to navigate. The UI is clean. The ads are well-placed and not overly obtrusive, although they seem to slow the app down. With the free version of the app, it seems like an easier version of the popular challenge, which is good news for me! The app includes a 30 day chart to track progress, and easy-to-follow exercise directions to ensure proper form.
